Angel Love Go-Gonzalez focuses her practice in the fields of tax, information technology, and corporate law. She has provided advice to emerging online businesses and data brokers regarding technology transactions, with particular emphasis on: international compliance; mobile and electronic marketing concerns; and social media.
On the more traditional side, Atty. Gonzalez has an extensive experience in complex commercial litigation having worked for the renowned Sycip, Salazar, Hernandez and Gatmaitan. She is at home in due diligence and has assisted in the mergers and acquisitions of several entities. As a collaborative lawyer, she has facilitated negotiations on behalf of clients that led to the successful settlements of numerous commercial cases.
Atty. Gonzalez graduated with honors from the Ateneo de Manila University ranking 12th in her batch. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2008 and is also admitted to practice in the State of California.
