Theresa Genevieve N. Co devotes her time to motion and appellate practice in a wide-range of contentious matters including criminal and regulatory investigations. She manages simultaneous proceedings for clients in civil, labor and/or criminal contexts. Atty. Co firmly believes in pursuing dismissal of cases by way of motions even before they reach the courtroom.
Prior to joining the firm, Atty. Co worked as an associate at ACCRA Law. She then served as a legal clerk for Supreme Court Justice Presbitero J. Velasco, Jr. before joining the House of Representatives Electoral Tribunal as the Director of the Office of the Chairperson.
Since her admission to the bar in 2008, she has lectured in San Beda University’s college of law, focusing on property law, torts, and business organizations.
Atty. Co graduated at the top of her class in 2007 from San Beda. She also received latin honors from the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands where she took her Masters in International Business Law.
