Merrieth Kimberli R. Almonte joined the firm in 2026 as a Junior Associate after passing the 2025 Bar Examinations. She is involved in both litigation and corporate practice, with experience across a broad range of matters.
Her litigation work covers labor, civil, criminal, and public interest cases, where she is involved in legal research, case analysis and preparation, drafting of pleadings, and representing clients before courts and administrative or quasi-judicial bodies.
Atty. Almonte also supports the Firm’s corporate and commercial law practice, including incorporations, contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance, and the preparation of documentary requirements for various corporate transactions and regulatory filings.
She graduated from Ateneo Law School in 2025 and holds a degree in International Studies, Major in European Studies from De La Salle University. Throughout her academic training, she balanced law school with professional work while maintaining consistent academic distinction during her undergraduate studies, demonstrating a disciplined and consistent approach throughout her studies and professional engagements.
