Atty. Reggiene Loreine P. De Guzman is a legal practitioner whose early experience includes legal research, drafting of pleadings and other legal submissions, case preparation, and assistance in various court and client-related matters.
She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Asia and the Pacific in 2025, graduating second in her class. While in law school, she served as Academic Head of the Bar Operations Commission in 2023. She also completed a published thesis entitled, “Reacting to Reaction Videos: A Legal Analysis on the Copyright of the Original Artist in Reaction Videos and Liability of Online Social Media Platforms,” which discusses issues on copyright and the responsibilities of online social media platforms.
Atty. De Guzman began her legal career as an Underbar Associate at the firm, gaining exposure to daily legal practice before her admission to the Bar in 2026. Her practice involves various areas of law, including criminal, civil, insurance, and labor matters. She continues to expand her practice through her involvement in the preparation and handling of cases and other legal concerns, with a practical and client-oriented approach to legal service.
