Mae S. Divinagracia is a committed advocate who brings insight, superior communication skills, and creativity to her versatile practice. Her litigation practice includes representation of businesses and individuals in commercial litigation, corporate rehabilitation, banking, family law, intellectual property law, and real estate litigation.
A skilled litigator, Atty. Divinagracia is a fierce adversary. Over the course of her career, she has taken cases to trial and arbitration. However, she is also adept at helping clients avoid the courtroom. Knowing how time-consuming and costly litigation can be, Atty. Divinagracia strives to resolve issues as efficiently as possible.
Atty. Divinagracia received both her undergraduate and law degrees from the Ateneo de Manila University. While in law school, she actively participated in international moot court competitions and garnered several awards in the process.
She then began her law career in December 2007 at the Angara Abello Concepcion Regala and Cruz Law Offices (ACCRALAW), and was named a senior associate in 2012. In 2013, she founded the Aguila Rances and Divinagracia Law Offices (RADLAW) with her colleagues where she continued to hone her skills as a trial lawyer. In 2015, she joined CNVD Law as a partner intending to provide aggressive advocacy for the firm’s clients.
